From humble beginnings as a farmstead near the foot of Haycock Mountain, the owners revived the mystique of this c.1790 stone house and the results are nothing short of fantastic. Property ID: KYKLYL
Here's a few videos I strung together upon our visit to the nice community of Bird In Hand next to Intercourse Pennsylvania. There's a large population of Amish here. It is asked that you don't take their picture, so I didn't. We did shop their wares and got some cheese and sausages. I saw a hot air balloon take off outside our motel room. This motel has some newly renovated rooms, ours was awesome. I really liked the shower, and the beds were comfortable. :)

Produced in early 1957, this promotional film was shown to University of Pennsylvania alumni and prospective students throughout the country. The film was produced by Henry V. Hoagland of American Film Services in Washington, D.C., and overseen by Gaylord P. Harnwell, then President of the University of Pennsylvania.
Originally uploaded in 2010 through my groups YT site, figured I might as well post it here also. Its long, about 55 min, but worth the watch if your looking to kill some time. My paranormal group, Oil Region Paranormal Investigation Team traveled with Sleepy Hollow Theater to "haunted" locations throughout Pa and filmed a mini documentary. I think its pretty cool, probably because I made it.... but I hope you all enjoy. This documentary features Gettysburg, a private residence and The Knickerbocker Hotel.
PLEASE DONATE TODAY!: http://www.active.com/donate/FAW This 1999 30-minute video by the Pennsylvania Wild Resource Conservation Fund explores some of Pennsylvania's remaining old-growth forest stands, as well as emphasizes the acute importance of protecting today large tracts of public lands in Pennsylvania's second and third growth forests from all forms of development, so that they may with time eventually grow into impressive stands with emerging old-growth forest ecological characteristics. A prime candidate for such permanent protection is the 9,700-acre proposed Tracy Ridge Wilderness Area in the Allegheny National Forest: http://www.post-gazette.com/opinion/Op-Ed/2016/10/02/Tracy-Ridge-nbsp-is-wilderness/stories/201610020010 Allegheny National Forest old-growth forest tracts sho...

This is the first part of the hike I did after the Clarion North Country Trail Associations February 2017 Monthly Hike from Foxburg, PA to Parker, PA. This video begins with a one minute (sped up) drive from Foxburg, PA (across the Allegheny River and South to Parker, PA). Once across the bridge I am in Armstrong County, PA. Parker was dedicated a Trail Town for the North Country National Scenic Trail several years ago. I begin walking along the road following the blue blazes through the lower and upper portions of Parker, PA. I then end up on increasingly remote roads, until I reach a trail head marked with NCT Signage. This entire section is maintained by the Butler, PA Chapter of the North Country Trail Association. This part ends shortly after beginning to hike on the hiking tr...
